On January 24, 2012 Enterprise Branch Manager (Gainesville, FL), Juan Ledesma came to my door looking for the person temporarily staying with me to locate a rental car which was a week overdue. He said he would pay me $40".00 if I would call him & let him know where he can pick up the car/. In less than 90 minutes I called him & told him where the car was?. He recovered the car because of my inforfmation,. Every time I inquired about payment, I got the runaround.. Today, Jan/. 27, 2012 I was informed that Juan Ledesma was NOT going to honor his word! He said that I was "harassing" him ( 2 calls a day?) & he is refusing to keep his word?. He knew that I have NO *** due to recent breast cancer surgery and I needed some money to buy FOOD". Yes he should honor his agreement but at the end of they day you did the right thing. And if your friend had returned the car as agreed to, Juan would have never knocked on your door. |

The car was supposed to be returned a week ago but the DIRTBAG renter hadn't returned the car. Did you know that is stealing?? Maybe you should be more selective of who you let temporarily stay with you. The renter obviously gave them your address as the place of residence. Don't be mad a Juan. Be mad at your temporary resident. Stealing is WRONG!! GRAND THEFT AUTO is a crime. |
