Hello,

I would like to file a complaint about my rental experience and humiliation and lack of respect and unprofessional manner in which Jon-Martin Molaghan (Manager) treated me tonight. The location is 308 Belmont Street, Worcester, MA 01604.

They picked me up and dropped me off after an unprofessional response and humiliation. My car is completely disabled and when asked to please give me your name to Jon-Martin Molaghan (Manager), he responded โ€œGo ahead pick up ten of the cards nobody will care about youโ€. I respondedโ€ I will make sure to present this, โ€œmy friendโ€. He replied โ€œI am not your friendโ€ and with very rude and unprofessional manner I was dropped off my disabled car where I was picked up. I will file further complaint with the authority and share my experience with others.

I have been with Enterprise and am a member and know that regardless of the issue โ€œESQi is one of many ways in which we remind ourselves to put customers' needs first.

I think that the issue of my incident is only about the lack of professional manner and rudeness that I was subjected and had nothing to do with what I may have asked.

Preferred solution: Just to be contacted and show care that the do mean their mission. Discipline Jon-Martin Molaghan (Manager)..

I was actually there when this happened returning my car. And the manager was not rude this clown tried using someone else's credit card to rent a car and was told he could not.

He the went on and on about how he's a doctor, newsflash actual doctors have their own credit card not someone else's who was not even there or related to you!

The manager told them enteprise policy and this guy threw a tantrum like a child. Act your age and try not to talk bad about someone who was just doing their job.
