On 6/19 2009 i had made reservation, and was to pick car up at 12 pm. When i arrived there was no car to be had. I was told that they would call me later when a car was available. No call

I missed a very important meeting. I have rented many times from Enterprize with no problem.

I guess i will re-think car rental needs in the future.

I think you should take a look at your reservation policy and procedure. Mainly get your customer service manager on the right page

not complaining about service agents, their left out on their own to try to explain

On 8/13/09 Enterprise not only did not have my car when I went to pick it up, but refused to honor the reservation price I was quoted. This was the first time I ever had a problem with Enterprise and will be the last. I will NEVER rent from them again!! I do not have time to deal with this chaos.
