I would like to start a class action against Enterprise. I rented car from them 2 days before hurricane Katrina because my car was in the shop. In the process of me having the car the hurricane hit so I had to evacuate with the car. once the hurricane was over with I tried to return the car no one would except it. I was told by the 1800# to return it to the nearest enterprise no luck.I had to keep. Now they're trying to make me pay for time they're was closed due the hurrican the slidell location was close for 3 months and no never call me about the where abouts of this car. I only needed the car for 5 days now I am in law suite with them. I asked them what I was suppose to do leave the car on the lot and it get stolen or vandalizes then I helm totally responsible for this car. So my best bet was to keep the the car they call me almost 3 months later. Is theirs anyone out their with the same problem please let's settle this all together this is not fair to us because they got paid on these cars 2 times now they're trying to get paid again. 1st time insurance paid them the 2nd time the cars was sold at a auction as salavge cars

please contact me if you are being charged for a rental car you couldn't return and the city you were in at the time of the hurricane please try to have this infor to me before Nov 20,2008.
