I had an accident with my car and totaled it out. My ins. co. rented me a car from the Enterprise on Lakeland Dr in Flowood MS for 30 days I had not found a car so I rented it for 7 more days on my own I was suppose to turn it in on May 28th on Sat May 23 I found and purchased a car I called the office and there was no answer so I took the car back and dropped off keys in the drop box so I would be charged for Fri and Sat as my ins paid up untill
Thursday night. I went prepard to pay for 2 days I was informed that I didn't call to tell them I was returning the car which I did and the office closed at noon on Sat which I thought they were open all day. So I was told I was being charged up untill Tues $130 I donot like paying for 3 days which I didnot use the car I will not rent from them again and also inform my ins co of the incident and advise them of what they did to me. I will not recommend Enterprise to anyone and I am turning this company into the BBB

Well obviously you are somewhat literate because you are able to complain on a website. Did you just learn to read and write after you were treated so cruelly by enterprise? Or could you not read their hours of operation on the rental contract. You're an idiot. Congratulations.

Enterprise is a cruel company. They have a new office in Gainesville, FL which is the cooperate office and I think it is a shame the way they treat their employees. People down here in the south is not use to being treated like children and being lied to. Enterprise need to take a course in manners, and old fashioned hospitality.
