I was hit by an enterprise rental vehicle. the person who hit me was not the renter so they will not even reimburse me for the full amount that I had to pay for their rental! It is not my fault that Enterprise is allowed to rent to irresponsible people. Beware and do NOT rent from Enterprise. They are trying to settle for a 3rd of what I had to pay out of pocket for their rental vehicle, when they should have done the right thing and offered me a replacement while my vehicle was in the collision center being repaired.

I returned a car ,parked it on their lot an a sunday night, it was due back mon morn :( I checked the car out and it was fine 2 weeks later they called and said that I owed them 1,100.00 for a dent I said yeah right and ignored them. I was turned over to a collection company and negotiated it down to 600.00 only to find out the collection company was erac. I will endeavor to discourage all that I come in contact with when subject risesto stay away from this greedy pos company and I will feel great if they go out of business

:cry

Its standard company practice to take advantage of every customer. As a former employee who would not comply, I urge you to never rent from ERAC!!!
